Clients may request to cancel a service under the following conditions:
- Monthly subscription-based services can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
- One-time services and custom projects may only be canceled before work has commenced. Once work has started, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
- For ongoing services, a minimum notice period of 7 days before the next billing cycle is required for cancellation requests.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed based on the nature of the service:
- Subscription Services: No refunds are issued for unused time in an active billing period.
- One-Time Services: If a request for cancellation is received before the work begins, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Custom Projects: Partial refunds may be considered based on the percentage of work completed. If the project is more than 50% complete, no refund will be issued.
- Performance-Based Services: Services tied to performance metrics or results cannot be refunded once the agreed work has been executed.
3. No Refund Conditions
- If services were provided as per the agreed scope and timeline.
- If delays or issues occur due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information, approvals, or communication.
- If the service is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
